his book compares step-by-step the ancient wisdom of Tao texts with the latest discoveries of our modern science about health and longevity and the agreement is spectacular. We have already accumulated enough of knowledge on our own to be able to understand and appreciate the ancient wisdom.

Book cover 'Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science about Health and Happiness'

Tao is the oldest wisdom in a written form. It teaches that if we want to be happy and healthy, we shouldn't allow negative emotions and even negative thinking because they lead to diseases and finally to death, and because the damage of one negative emotion can be compensated only by three positive emotions and modern studies confirm this.

The ancients used pulse diagnosis to discover the earliest offset from perfect health, and eliminate it with one time acupuncture treatment. Thus, the ancients used acupuncture for prevention of chronic diseases, rather than cure because while cure required series of 14 to 20 daily treatments and the outcome was unpredictable, the prevention of chronic diseases could be done with one acupuncture treatment.

Read this book and you will be astonished by the fact that we are marching in the steps of the ancients, but we are not yet seeing the whole picture the way they did.
